These cheesy, spicy bacon appetizers are perfect for game day or even a holiday get-together.

    What You'll Need

    Gather together your ingredients before getting started.

    Prepare the Jalapeño Peppers

    Seed and chop the jalapeños.

    Mix the Cheddar, Jalapeños, and Cream Cheese

    In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped jalapeños and salt and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

    Prepare the Bombs for Frying

    Pop open the biscuits and cut each one into fourths. Roll out each piece of dough into a small disk and place a teaspoon of cheese and jalapeno filling into the center. Seal it up tightly, making sure that the seam is completely closed. Wrap the stuffed dough ball with a half strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

    Deep fry until bacon is crispy. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy while still melty.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-count) can of Pillsbury Flaky Grand’s Biscuits
  • 1 pound bacon, each slice cut in half
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8-ounce) container of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup fresh jalapeños
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Canola oil, for frying
  • Toothpicks for securing them during the frying process
